On the day of delivery

Delivery times 7.00am – 7.00pm

Upon receipt of your order a member of our Home Delivery Team will call the customer to check all the details with the customer to ensure a successful delivery. Delivery options are as follows: Express Service, Delivery & Install, and Premier Service

Deliveries are made Monday to Sunday (excluding Bank Holidays) in most UK mainland areas. If unsure about delivery days in your area please call the Home Delivery Team who will be happy to help and advise.

Week Commencing Dates

If delivery is to Islands or Highlands then the delivery date will be classed as a “week commencing date”. A local carrier company will contact you before the day of delivery to arrange a suitable date with you.

Collection of your existing appliance

If you require our Home Delivery carrier to remove your existing appliance on the same day as delivery please ensure that this is completely disconnected before the driver arrives. Your old product will need to be in a clean and safe condition for transportation and when removed will be deemed to be of no value.

Express Service (Delivery Only):

Our Home Delivery carrier will send a two person crew and your product(s) will be delivered to the room of your choice. We will deliver any large and bulky product(s) to any room, provided drivers do not feel that there are any health and safety issues such as a staircase which is too narrow, or there is a danger of damage to your order or property. All packaging will be removed allowing the product to be checked over and then signed for as received, the packaging will then be taken away by the driver unless requested not to.

As a reminder to our customer’s that their delivery is on its way we will carry out a courtesy call the day before. We will also provide a 4 hour window the evening before to advise customers of their delivery time slot. This will be either via text message to a mobile phone or recorded message to a landline number.

Premier Service

Delivery, Disconnection, Installation & Removal in one convenient visit:

Our one hit Premier service is covered by a single convenient appointment during which the Delivery Crew will deliver the product into the room of choice, disconnect and remove any existing appliance and take it away, then install and test the new product.

Requirements for Installation both Gas and Electric Appliances

Connection can only be made to a supply which is sufficient for the appliance. In all cases installation position must be approved by the engineer on site. Adequate ventilation in the room is required. Proximity of surrounding and overhanging cupboards should be taken into consideration. Allowance should be made for suitability in regard to side walls, especially where side opening appliances are to be installed. All connection points must be accessible for servicing. Disconnection of old appliances will be done provided engineer on site agrees connection is correct. If in doubt please refer to the product handbook which can be found on our main websites for further guidance and clarification.

Gas and Duel Fuel Appliances

Connection for these appliances can only be made to suitable gas point. This requires a bayonet fitting on a fixed pipe. Our engineer will supply the flexible hose for connecting the appliance together with safety chain or stability bracket as required. Under no circumstances will our engineers undertake extra pipe work under this service. Where an electrical supply is required, the electrical supply must be suitable for the appliance being fitted.

Electrical Appliances

A suitable connection point is needed. In most cases this requires connection via 6mm² heat resistant flex to a 30 amp double pole switch. The switch must be easily accessible. Please refer to the manufacturers user and installation instructions provided with the appliance.
